Having immigrated from Latin America, I recognized that ketogenic diets are not yet well known in my home region. As one of the few Spanish-speaking coaches specialized in keto, I support Hispanic women in reaching their weight loss goals through this lifestyle. I have experienced the numerous proven benefits for weight loss, health, and performance firsthand, which are also demonstrated through studies that I publish in my Spanish-language quarterly magazine La Guía Keto en Español, available on Amazon. With my communications background, I am uniquely equipped to promote the ketogenic lifestyle among Spanish-speaking communities and women seeking to transform their health.

My mentoring programs empower people to transform their eating habits and relationship with food. As a university professor, I am devoted to spreading knowledge and catalyzing change.
